Mark Eliason, VP Sales & Marketing
We’re introducing an amazingly flexible new Multi-Caliber System for the AR15 that gives you the option of shooting a number of different calibers with your existing Windham Weaponry (or other) lower.
The Windham Weaponry Multi-Caliber System consists of an integral upper receiver/railed forend and a choice of barrels. The railed forend includes a barrel locking retainer and a pair of barrel locking arms that make barrel changing a quick and easy job. The upper assembly clamps onto your lower just like any other upper.
See the descriptions below of the various Kits – ranging from .223 caliber to 7.62 x 39 to 300 Blackout, and note that some kits include caliber specific bolts/bolt carriers and magazines.
Other exciting developments here in Windham include the imminent opening of the completely new Windham Indoor Shooting Range and Retail Store right here on Route 302 in Windham. The Retail Store will open in early October and will offer a wide variety of rifles, pistols, ammunition, cases, gun safes and shooting accessories.
The Range will be operational in mid-November to feature 12-25 yard indoor shooting lanes with the latest targeting systems and air filtration equipment. Courses will be offered by professional NRA trained instructors for anyone from beginner to advanced tactical level, women only classes, armorer’s courses and others, all in our dedicated classroom space.
Come on over to the finest new shooting facility in the Northeast – We’ll hope to see you soon!
As always, shoot safely and feel free to contact us with any AR related questions.
TOPIC: Installing the Troy Ambidextrous Magazine Release
First make sure the rifle is unloaded!
With the chamber plug that came with the rifle or some other non-marring punch, push the magazine catch button in as far as it will go. Unscrew the magazine catch from the button and remove.
Put the Troy mag catch in the lower and screw the button in against the mag catch spring until you can’t turn the button any more. Then use the chamber plug again to push the button in as far as you can once again. Screw the new magazine catch in about 4 turns and release it back into slot in the lower.
The mag catch should be flush with the end of the button or just under as shown.
Now you can release a magazine easily using either your right or left hand by pushing on the button, or pushing on the serrated cam on the magazine catch.
I would like to install a different trigger in my Windham Weaponry rifle. What aftermarket triggers are compatible with my rifle?
Answer:
The trigger group pins are .154″ in diameter, or commonly described as “small pins”. Most drop in triggers that use small pins will fit all of our rifles.
Wanted to send you a couple pics of hogs taken with my Windham. The gun is ready to shoot right out of the box and just a fine product. Dialed it in with a Bushnell scope and this is the results from the first 2 shots. I average harvesting about 300 hogs per year and this is a fine addition to my arsenal. Thanks.

Subject: Builders of HBC WW168064
To the builders of this rifle this is a solid attaboy. Last year I bought the government model and two weeks ago I continued my Windham collection with the HBC. The overall fit and finish are outstanding and accuracy is superb out to 400 yards with iron sights. I may put an optic on it but I’ve been on a retro kick lately. I’ve got only one more rifle to get from your company and I’m sure based on the two previous rifles, that it also will be a solid performer. Now if I can only save up for that SRC 308 without my wife finding out I’ll be set. Thank you for your time and have a great day.

The Safe-T-Round gives visible proof that your chamber is empty and your firearm is safe. The bright, international orange tab gives clear indication of weapon condition to provide the user, range safety officer and bystander alike with a visual and physical method of determining that a firearm is safe. Machined, brass case head lets you rapidly work the action and eject the Safe-T-Round. Molded from heat-resistant nylon polymer to provide lasting durability, it won’t deform after repeated use. A unique feature called the pin knife is incorporated into the design and functions as: a removal tool for the firing pin retaining pin, and extractor pin, and can help space bolt gas rings as well as help adjust the front sight post.
The Hogue OverMolded® Collapsible Buttstock is molded from black reinforced polymer with a black rubber cheek rest and a rubber/polymer hybrid butt pad that provides snag-free rifle shouldering. It features 6 positions of length adjustment via its spring loaded locking lever, and 3 QD Sling Mount Sockets that can be accessed from either side of the unit for flexible, ambidextrous, sling attachment. This unique design creates a snug, anti-rattle friction fit that prevents unwanted movement along the buffer tube. For use on 1.168″ commercial diameter buffer tubes (tube not included with this buttstock). Made by Hogue in the USA.
