The KRISS Polymer Flip Sights are designed to tuck completely out of vision when folded.

The rear sight sits only 14.22mm above the rail surface, while the front sits only 12.7mm above the surface.

The rear sight features two apertures, 1.5mm diameter and 4.5mm diameter, for different lighting and shooting conditions. The front has a very wide range of elevation adjustment.

Both sights feature a large integrated, textured, adjustment knob that makes changes with gloves simple and easy.

LAW ENFORCEMENT:

It’s hard to believe that SPRING is finally here in Maine.

The only problem is that no one told Mother Nature – we still have temperatures in the mid 20s during the day and at night…you don’t want to know.

I’ll be heading to Houston, Texas next week to attend the Texas Tactical Police Officers Association conference. My booth number is T85 so if you plan to attend please come by and say hello.

Some exciting stuff is going on here at Windham Weaponry as we have a “NEW” caliber rifle coming out VERY soon so please keep an eye out for that! The plan is to have the “NEW” caliber by the NRA show in early May.

As many of you know, not only do Cindy and I handle the Law Enforcement sales for WW here in the US, but we also handle the International Sales for the company.

I just returned for a great trip to Kuwait to meet with a representative from the Ministry of the Interior. It was two days of intense testing on the Windham Weaponry rifles and I have to say they performed flawlessly! They were buried in sand and mud, dropped, thrown and fired until they were red hot and submersed in water and still no issues at all. I would like to give a special THANK YOU to my good friend Matt Schaeffer from Tactical Defense Training in Ohio as you can see him in the photos below in the tan.

WISR’s Introduction to Modern Handguns course is designed to educate students in safe gun handling skills & use of handguns best suited for personal protection or home defense.

This comprehensive course will provide essential knowledge to new gun owners or provide information to aid in your selection of a new handgun.

Topics will include handgun safety, cycle of operation, vocabulary, caliber selection & accessories. Our experienced instructors will also cover handgun management, shooting fundamentals (stance, grip, sight picture, trigger press and breathing), effects of stress and myths vs. reality.

This is a classroom only training.

Women’s Only Introduction

to Handguns Part I

WISR’s Introduction to Modern Handguns course runs approximately 4 hours and is designed for the first time or novice student to learn safe gun handling skills.

We will cover the skills needed for personal protection or home defense.

Topics will include handgun safety, cycle of operation, shooting fundamentals (stance, grip, sight picture, trigger press and breathing), and the effects of stress.

The course consists of a classroom portion, hands-on dry-fire instruction, and 50 rounds of live fire on the range. You will have the opportunity to shoot 50 rounds of ammo at the end of the class. Ammo can be purchased at the store.

Practical Handgun 1 – Sunday, April 22

WISR’s experienced instructors will guide students through laws pertaining to carrying a concealed handgun and home defense considerations.

Topics will include use of force laws, handgun safety techniques, stress shooting fundamentals, weapon management, effects of stress and survival mindset.

After practical exercises in the classroom students will be provided the opportunity to develop skills on accuracy, trigger management and recoil management during a 200 round course of fire on the range.

This course is ideal for new shooters or experienced shooters that want to revisit the basics. This course is 7 hours. Ammo can be purchased separately.
